Join THE PRESERVER CLUB by following the invite and fill in the form. Upload items that would add up to 6 credit points.

Once the membership is approved, login to the preservers club website and use your credit to check out items you fancy. Pick either the our monthly plan for $499 (with perks!) or pay per item for $250 each.#

Step 1. JOIN THE CLUB BY SUBMITTING YOUR ITEMS

Upload your item by filling in our form (info & 3+ photos).  Simply upload items that add up to 6 credit points to the system and you're in! See the brand list and credit guide for more details.

Step 2. CHECKS & APPROVALS

Our team will then evaluate your submitted items. Upon approval, we will notify you of the credits you've gained from your uploads.

Step 3. CREDITS, ACTIVATED!

Sign up / Log in to check your credits via the link we sent, and start exploring your swap options on our platform.

Sign in to browse and pick from the large pool of good-quality items. Save the items to your Wishlist or put them in your basket.

Step 2. CHECK OUT

Check out the items in your basket, with your credits and a small fee. The items would then be vetted by us before finally arriving at yours.

How does The Preservers Club work?
Converting the well-preserved pieces in your closet as swopping currency.

Simply upload your items and we will help you convert them into credits, use those credits to check out pieces that you like on the platform. Similar to purchasing 2nd hand, however, you pay with credits from items you’ve pawned, plus a small administration fee.
How do I join The Preservers Club?
Simply upload items that add up to 6 credit points to the system and you're in!
Scroll down and find the Registration and upload form in the next section.
Is there a joining fee?
No there is no joining fee.
The pieces that you would be uploading act as your joining fee.
How much credit do I get per item upload?
In general, for branded items,
3 credits for bags/ garments over retail 8000HKD
2 credits for shoes/ garments over 5000HKD
1 credit for garments/ small accessories

Credits given would also vary depending on the item’s condition, so do provide photos that present your items best!

How would my items be inspected?
There would be 2 rounds of inspection.

The first inspection would be done when you submitted your upload form. We will access the photos sent plus the information provided and allocate credits to your account.

The second inspection would be done when the item is requested. Your item would be first sent to our office, we would inspect the sent item’s condition before forwarding it to the member who has requested the item.
Why is there a Handling fee?
The handling fee is here to cover all postage, inspection, platform and community maintenance plus other operational costs.
What If The Brand Of My Item Isn’t Listed In your brand list?
Please contact us via email/ social media and we can further discuss this. We love getting to know brands that we are yet to be familiar with.
Is The Preservers Club available in my country?
Currently, we are only operating within Hong Kong. We will be expanding internationally very soon (around 6 months' time). For early birds sign-ups please fill in this form and join our mailing list, we will keep you updated. Of course, you’ll be getting all the early bird perks.
